8 c. flour
5 c. warm water
1 T. salt
1 1/2 t. yeast
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. oil
optional: 1 T. dough enhancer and gluten flour
Put warm water in mixing bowl
add 3 c. flour and mix
Then add oil, honey, salt, yeast, and enhancer if using
Add 5 c. flour and knead for 3 minutes
divide into 3 loaves
bake 325 for 40 minutes. use oil on hands when shaping loaves
