1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
2 1/2 c. cake flour (or plain flour sifted several times)
1 c. pecans or walnuts
Mix carefully. Chill and roll into balls. Bake 325 for 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm
